Copies of Parish Council Minutes for the past three years are available here. From 2020 copies of minutes prior to 2017 are available on application to the Clerk. Residents can also view copies of the correspondence circulated to Council for discussion at the monthly meetings by application to the Clerk.
Upcoming Parish Council Meeting Dates 2024-25
The full Parish Council meetings are scheduled to take place on the second Thursday of every month (except August). These are public meetings which the residents of Stoke Lodge and The Common are encouraged to attend if they would like to. The dates for the remainder of this financial year are as follows:
- April Thursday 11th April 2024
- May Thursday 9th May 2024
- June Thursday 13th June 2024
- July Thursday 11th July 2024
- August No Meeting
- September Thursday 12th September 2024
- October Thursday 10th October 2024
- November Thursday 14th November 2024
- December Thursday 12th December 2024
- January Thursday 9th January 2025
- February Thursday 13th February 2025
- March Thursday 13th March 2025
All meetings will be held at The Pavilion, The Common, Stoke Lodge and The Common, BS34 6BD at 7pm on the specified date.
